1) Puis-je utiliser un détergent ?
Oui, vous pouvez ajouter quelques gouttes d'un détergent non moussant. Vous pouvez vérifier à l'avance en secouant le flacon pour voir si de la mousse et des bulles se forment.
2) Puis-je utiliser des détergents avec de l'huile ou des cires mélangées à de l'eau propre ?
Les agents nettoyants contenant des huiles ou des cires ne sont pas recommandés, car ils pourraient obstruer le produit.
3) Puis-je mettre la brosse rouleau dans la machine à laver ?
Un nettoyage en profondeur de la brosse rouleau est recommandé à la main. Les parties en plastique de la brosse pourraient endommager la machine à laver.
4) Puis-je utiliser un adoucissant pour la brosse rouleau ?
L'utilisation d'adoucissant sur de la microfibre n'est pas optimale, car cela réduit les performances de nettoyage à long terme. Nous recommandons de la nettoyer avec de l'eau chaude et un détergent normal, puis de la laisser sécher à l'air libre.
5) Comment puis-je désactiver l'assistance vocale ?
Le bouton d'assistance vocale est situé à l'arrière de l'appareil. En appuyant une fois dessus, vous pouvez activer ou désactiver l'assistance selon vos préférences.
6) À quelle fréquence dois-je remplacer la brosse rouleau et les filtres ?
Cela dépend de l'intensité d'utilisation et du détergent que vous utilisez. Toutefois, avec une utilisation de 1 à 2 fois par semaine avec de l'eau ou un détergent, nous recommandons de remplacer la brosse rouleau et le filtre tous les 6 mois.
